Lower Abs Exercise: The Pendulum

The pendulum is a lower stomach exercises that also incorporates the obliques.

It is one of the best exercises out there for the lower section of your stomach. The video show the pretty difficult way to perform the movement, however you can make things easier on you by bending your knees. Over time you can start straightening your legs to ultimately get the most out of this movement.

If you feel pain on the lower back.. STOP! It can seriously harm you.
